results suggest that we are enhancing optimism
by:
- Living our motto - 'Laughter is the best medicine'. Many
believed the slogan was compatible with the benefits Camp Quality
provided.
- The positive spirit and energy of leaders and volunteers helps
everyone stay positive.
- The fun and laughter provided by the Camp Quality teams helped
families get away from the negative aspects of cancer.
- Providing the anticipation of fun … the best part of the
process.
Suggested
improvement:
- Some families believed that the Camp Quality philosophy stood
in the way of talking about cancer.
