Shaw Vineyard Estate is truly a family affair headed by Graeme
and Ann Shaw, with support from their two children Tanya and
Michael.
The family is dedicated and passionate about the wine they
create and they apply these values in their other passion,

A stunning cellar door facility houses an exquisite ceramics
galley which has just received an order of more than 1000 hand
painted pieces from Italy and providing a memorable experience for
diners is the Restaurant Cello Cuisine, offering a delicious a la
carte menu including traditional Italian wood fired pizzas.
Being strong supporters of Camp Quality for more than 17 years
and wanting to take this a step further, the Laughter
Series' wine label was born. So from every case of the Laughter
Series' sold a $50 donation will be made directly to your local
Camp Quality branch Australia's leading raiser of hinds and

Estate will be releasing their much anticipated 2008 Red Range.
Their past two vintages of premium reds have received eight
trophies and a swag of gold. silver and bronze medals. The range
will consist of a cabernet merlot, cabernet sauvignon. shiraz and
shiraz cabernet, these wines have been maturing in oak barrels hir
19 months prior to bottling.
The restaurant, Cello Cuisine, will be offering a delicious a la
carte menu and as a special treat the chef will be creating a
delicious themed menu featuring wine, roses and jazz.

Shaw Vineyard Estate Winery & Cello Cuisine Restaurant is
