Camp Quality will benefit from funds raised by the Rotary Club
of Airlie Beach Community Raffle which will be drawn in June.
Over two days on Easter weekend, about 170 Camp Quality kids and
their supporters stayed at Club Croc Cannonvale and had a ball of a
time.
Club Croc organised Easter activities for the children and Rotary
Club of Airlie Beach and Proserpine co-ordinated the catering of
the lunches.
Rotary Service Project Director Neil Cawthorne said that Rotary's
mission was to help those less fortunate.
"We raise money in the community to be able to do something like
this," he said.
"It's sad to see what you see when you get there, but you know
you're doing the right thing and you are helping."
