High School Education Appeal

You've seen the way we passionately celebrate life and treasure the healing power of laughter and unrelenting optimism. You've seen how we support young people who are travelling through the massive challenges of cancer.

We've launched an initiative that will help young people who are dealing with cancer during high school. It's a play called The Teenage Alchemist by Angela Betzien, which we have started to stage at schools all across Australia.

Our grand plan is to make this program Australia-wide and thanks to our donors we are set to launch our program in both NSW and Victoria in 2011!

A Big CQ Thank You!

A big Camp Quality thank you to our donors who donated to our High School Program Appeal!

Thanks to you, our aspiration to help change the lives of teenagers who are dealing with cancer is well on track. We are working hard to ensure our High School Performance is available to over 35,000 young people in Victoria.

With your donation, and the gifts of many others like you, our teams are:

  • Confirming bookings at high schools
  • Preparing for actor auditions in November
  • Planning regional tours to reach as many regional young people as possible
  • Sourcing a motor vehicle, props and costumes
  • Finalising our student education packs to assist schools
  • Sourcing the remaining funding we require to complete the program

We are set to launch our program in February which will see us reach a total of 200 schools in both NSW and Victoria in 2011!

Thank you for helping us make a difference in the school lives of young people who are learning to live with cancer. If you feel you still want to contribute to help us reach our funding target of $100,000 to bring more support to our young people then there is still time to donate. Please donate using the red button above!

Thank you for believing that laughter is the best medicine.
