Jasmin's Dad Allan says:

When Jasmin was diagnosed with cancer we were just stunned.

Being told your daughter who is four years old has terminal cancer is devastating. You spend every hour of every day and night thinking through what you need to do, how you might change it. You feel very alone with the problem and overwhelmed by the consequences.

When Jasmin was very ill we did not spend much time together as a family, constantly split between the hospital and home. We simply could not have even entertained the idea of getting away from everything on our own, but Camp Quality invited us on a family camp. They had the medical support Jasmin needed and it was unforgettable. We met a lot of other parents in similar situations who we could socialise with, who we could open up to because they understood, and the kids had so much fun, something there hadn't been much of.

Jasmin had extensive hospitalisation and treatment including having a lung and ribs removed, chemotherapy and radiation. She had injections that made her scream and nasal tubes for years. But, the fun she had with Camp Quality and the excitement she felt about going on camp was invaluable.

We'd like every family like ours to have Camp Quality's support. With your help, they can.
