The Aurora Australis includes the crew, the expeditioners that
travel on her and the staff at Australian Antarctic Bases.
This group must be the southern most fundraising group for any
charity in the world.
They have been supporting us for over 16 years and last year
alone raised around $34K. One may well ask how they raise
such a large amount of money and I must say we have always been
afraid to ask. Let's just say there is a lot of fun had on
the long voyage to and from Antarctica on their resupply trips to
the bases.
