TV personality
1. What drew you to CQ, and what do you love most about
it?
I've always been heartened by the courage of kids when faced with
challenges and in this instance kids suffering with cancer truly
pulls on your heart strings... I just wanted to offer my support
and I like that CQ offers basic grass roots stuff that brings a
smile to a kids face.
2. What have you learnt most about yourself from your
involvement ?
What have I learnt about myself? It's more about what those kids
have taught me...never give up, have strength and always look for
the bright side. It fits with how I like to live my life anyway but
they underline how important that really is.
3. Why do you think 'Laughter is the best
medicine'?
You have to make the most out of life, no matter how difficult it
is. Laughter lightens the soul and brightens the heart and when
times are tough you need that more than ever.
4. What do you do for 'fun therapy'?
I have great friends who I laugh a lot with...I'm fortunate that
I'm surrounded by wonderful senses of humour!
5. What do you love to laugh about?
I just love to laugh...the smallest thing can set me off...the
sillier the better!
