What drew you to Camp Quality, and what do you love most about it?
Camp Quality is one of those charities you just can't help but notice. Cancer affects so many people - and it truly amazes me to have a group so dedicated to helping every single child who either suffers from, or who has been affected by this disease.  You just can't help but smile when you see the joy and excitement on the kids faces at these camps..and the patience, love and support the carers give is nothing short of phenomenal!

Why do you think 'Laughter is the best medicine'?
The 'Best' medicine? Laughter is the ONLY medicine! No matter what life throws at you; no matter what challenges you're faced with - a good ol' chuckle can bring the most dire situations back into perspective. Life is too short to dwell on the negative. Laugh it off, and get some great tummy muscles while you're doing it!

What do you do for 'fun therapy'?
Oh goodness, it depends on my mood! My fun therapy can be anything from dancing, catching up with friends, walking along the beach, or reading a book. I'm a fly-by-the-seat-of-my-pants kinda girl..so whatever I feel like doing, I do it! I just always make sure it's something that takes my mind off whatever I'm stressed or worried about.

What do you love to laugh about?
I love to laugh about everything! I have always been a very positive person, so if I can turn a bad situation into a funny one to make me, or someone else feel better about it, that's what I do! I laugh at myself a lot - especially when I'm nervous! I get a little hysterical when I'm worried about something, and have a bad habit of dribbling on about strange topics to take my mind off whatever the issue is. That usually gets a few giggles out of people!

What do you hope to bring to CQ?
I don't think anything I could ever do would come close to the amazing work the organisers, carers and staff do for these kids and their families.
But I would like to inspire more people to learn about CQ and the important part they play in so many people's lives. You would never guess that the kids at those camps have suffered such serious illnesses - they laugh and play like normal healthy children, and have the most wonderful outlook on life. I left feeling completely humbled by the experience, but also deeply touched - and I would love for more people to experience that.
