Arnott's Foundation

Our relationship with Campbell Arnott's is in its fifth exciting year. Over the years the Arnott's Foundation, has brought optimism, happiness and lots of laughs to children living with cancer all around Australia - from helping with sponsored camps and fun days to featuring CQ kids' artwork on Thins chip packets!

This year The Arnott's Foundation is supporting us to deliver our family camp program nationally. Family Camps are an opportunity for the entire family to enjoy some much needed time together and to take time out from cancer. It also provides families with the opportunity to connect to other families going through similar challenges. Through the support of the Arnott's Foundation we will deliver 68 Family Camps across the country.

What drew you to Camp Quality?

 I was first introduced to Camp Quality when a family came to our company to thank us for assisting in fundraising efforts via the Arnott's Foundation. Hearing first hand the difference that the camps make really opened my eyes to the fantastic work that CQ does for the kids.

What I love about CQ is that they bring happiness to sick kids; enough said!

How do you motivate your staff to get involved?

We view our role at the Arnott's Foundation to provide the opportunities for staff to get involved. We have found that if we put it on, like the Romans, they will come!

How does your partnership with Camp Quality impact your workplace?

Our partnership with CQ gives our employees the opportunity to participate in a variety of fundraising activities and give back to the CQ family. The feeling and goodwill that these activities generate is really evident on the faces of those who attend, and through the special generosity that they show.

What's the greatest treasure a child has given you?

Smiles, happy memories, and constant joy!

Why do you think 'laughter is the best medicine'?

Didn't someone say that laughter makes the world go round? Or was that love?
