1. How long has your organisation been involved with
Camp Quality?
8 years
2. What drew you to Camp Quality or what do you love
about us?
We love Camp Quality's positive attitude and absolute determination
to make a real difference to children and their families, helping
them cope with one of the most challenging times in their life. At
Johnson & Johnson Medical we are guided by a philosophy of
restoring the joys of life and we have found a kindred spirit at
Camp Quality.
3. How do you motivate your staff to get
involved?
First and foremost we keep our partnership visible, we tell people
about what we are doing and how it makes a difference. We challenge
them to raise funds with a little healthy competition between
states. We give them ideas and a calendar of activities showing how
they can build engagement with Camp Quality into their own team
building activities. We also give them time off to volunteer.
4. How does your partnership with Camp Quality impact your
workplace?
It's a source of enormous inspiration and pride and without
question builds loyalty to the company. As a Johnson & Johnson
company we live by a credo that outlines our responsibility to the
community and our people take this very seriously and expect the
company to make a positive contribution to society.
5. What's the greatest treasure a child has given
you?
Their total trust
6. Why do you think "laughter is the best
medicine"?
It reminds us that life isn't always so tough. Best of all - it's
free!

a partnership with CQ?
