Every two years Camp Quality make a new national Community Service Announcement Television Commercial that runs on all free to air and many pay TV channels at no charge to us.

Our regional TV partner Prime is committed to creating regional brand and event Community Service Announcement Television Commercials according to our needs.

Our partner AHL provides cinema advertising opportunities across the country at no charge.

Our media is coordinated nationally with local relationships encouraged.

Our intranet site gets a great workout in-between regular face to face team meetings, teleconferences, and webinars.

Ensuring you have a say

During 2009 we took the opportunity to conduct a series of CEO road shows around the country to gain valuable feedback on Camp Quality and the proposed merger with CanTeen.  

We love getting your feedback.  Regardless of which office you call you will be greeted with a smile (you can tell even over the phone). In many cases the person who answers the phone will be assist you directly, if not, they will put you through to someone who can.

Most of the time we receive overwhelmingly positive feedback but rest assured whether positive or challenging we listen, and we act.

Our policy to ensure that every email is addressed, every letter is responded to, every online form is auctioned, and every phone call returned. In most cases this will take place from the local CQ office to promote local relationships.

The Camp Quality CEO, Leadership Team and Business, Marketing and Finance Teams also take an active role.
