Camp Quality is committed to ensuring that the safety, welfare
and wellbeing of children and young people are maintained at all
times during their participation in activities run by Camp Quality.
Camp Quality aims to promote a safe environment for all children
and to assist all staff and volunteers to recognise child abuse and
neglect and follow the appropriate notification procedures when
reporting alleged abuse.
Camp Quality's 'can-do' attitude coupled with strong values
of positive support and transparency sets us apart from other
organisations.
A Camp Quality Review was conducted by Quality
Improvement and Community Services Accreditation (QICSA) on behalf
of the Australian Childhood Foundation.
Camp Quality is ACF accredited
and as part of our duty of care to the children and young
people we work with, all volunteers will be required to undertake
relevant child protection screening. This will be a national
Police Check and/or Working with Children Check. Volunteering with
Camp Quality will be dependent on a satisfactory result of this
check.
