At Camp Quality we know that the people who make up our team are crucial to us delivering optimum services that truly benefit the lives of children and families affected by cancer. If you would like to be part of a team that believes laughter is the best medicine, you have come to the right place!

Recruitment Process:

At Camp Quality we are passionate about finding the right person for the position - taking into consideration skills, experience and cultural fit.

To ensure the process is fair, in line with EEO principles and ensures safety of our children, all jobs/applicants will:

  • Jobs will be advertised both internally and externally
  • Applications will be considered based on merit, skills, experience and ability to fit in with CQ culture
  • Applicants will be interviewed using an interview guide by a panel of at least two
  • Preferred candidates will undergo Working With Children Checks and Police Checks as dictated by relevant State legislation
  • Preferred candidates will have at least two professional reference checks completed
  • Preferred candidates will have a psychological assessment

The successful candidate will be offered employment by way of a comprehensive written employment agreement.

  • Once appointed, new employees will complete a comprehensive induction program and company orientation within three months
  • All applicants will be subject to a probation period of at least three months
