Melbourne United Basketball Team Captain
As part of a charity partnership between Melbourne United and Camp Quality, professional NBL player Chris Goulding has dedicated his time to give kids facing cancer the chance to just be kids again. Shooting hoops and discussing game tactics for the season final game with nine-year-old Leni was a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity, and quickly made Chris Leni's hero, as well as giving her a much-needed break from the rigours of cancer treatment.
"Kids facing cancer should still get the chance to be kids, to have fun and to enjoy life. I’m so honoured to get to help make this happen and see the big smiles on their faces.”
