Camp Quality takes out Top 10 Finalist in PwC Transparency Awards
Camp Quality has been selected as a Top 10 Finalist in the 'Revenue $5-$30m' category as part of the 2013 PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) Transparency Awards!
These Awards recognise the quality and transparency of reporting within the not for profit sector, with this being assessed by reporting experts, a four person judging panel and an independent jury against a detailed series of information attributes.
Simon Rountree, Chief Executive Officer for Camp Quality, was very pleased with the acknowledgement.
"Building relationships and trust with all of our stakeholders is imperative and we really believe in and value the role the PwC Transparency Awards play in advocating for clear and transparent reporting," said Mr Rountree,
"We take our responsibility as the custodians of other people's money very seriously - it allows us to provide the highest quality support for children living with cancer and their families, in the most efficient way."
Now in their seventh year, the PwC Transparency Awards recognise the quality and transparency of reporting in the Australian not-for-profit sector and are undertaken in collaboration with the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia and the Centre for Social Impact (CSI).
In 2010, Camp Quality was the winner of the prestigious PwC Transparency Awards.
