$81,000 raised at Adelaide’s first Off the Menu!
On the 29th June, Camp Quality hosted our first Off the Menu event in Adelaide! With 95 guests including Brad Crouch and Adelaide 36ers Nathan Sobey, Brendan Teys and Daniel Johnson, a staggering $81,000 was raised over the course of the evening, ensuring we can keep on giving kids the chance to be kids again!
A massive thanks to chef and National Ambassador Matthew Butcher for again organising and incredible event, to chef Scott Huggins for closing the doors of Penfolds Magill Estate to enable Off the Menu to be hosted at his home, to Damon Amos of Detour Brisbane for flying down to join us, Lachlan Colwell of Hentley Farms Barossa Valley and Adam Liston of Shobosho. Without the commitment of such chefs and supporters Off the Menu would not be the success it was.
Very special thanks to our cultural partners the Australian Girls’ Choir for singing for our guests and helping us bring our Alice in Wonderland theme to life.
We’re thrilled to announce that for the first time ever, Off the Menu will be taking guests down the rabbit hole yet again in Brisbane during October. In 2020 Off the Menu will extend even further, with all five states having an Off the Menu taking place! We hope you can join us for an evening of good food, wine and festivities – and the opportunity to change the cancer story for Camp Quality kids and their families.
