Digital Producer

Our Media and Communications Team is seeking a creative and innovative digital superstar to join their hardworking and fun-loving team of six. This role works closely with the team to help tell the story of Camp Quality across multiple channels, while raising funds to support children and their families going through the trauma of cancer.

We are looking for a platform manager and digital marketing strategist, who enjoys finding creative solutions, constantly striving for better results and is a team player. A genuine passion for the digital marketing mix and a willingness to discover and innovate is more important to us than many years of experience. (Although you do need to be able to nerd out and flex your HTML skills!) Plus, you’ll also get hands-on experience working across websites, campaigns, EDMs and social media and growing the digital presence of one of Australia’s best loved charities.

Put your tech skills and digital marketing experience to the best possible use, by helping Camp Quality be there for kids at every stage of the cancer experience; in hospital, online, at school and away from it all.


About the Role

The Digital Producer is responsible for the ongoing management and optimization of Camp Quality’s website and other key digital platforms, while playing an integral role in the digital marketing strategy of fundraising campaigns. As a key member of the Media & Communications Team, the Digital Producer, is integral to the user experience (UX) across platforms and the reporting of associated key metrics to drive future digital strategy.

To be successful in this position, you will have:

  • 3+ years’ experience in digital platform production/ management
  • Demonstrated experience in managing content management systems including WordPress
  • A working knowledge of current web technologies including HTML5, CSS, Java Script & PHP
  • Ability to manage the growth and ongoing optimisation of a website through analytics and SEO using tools like Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager
  • Experience capturing and analysing metrics to inform ongoing digital strategy and drive results
  • Passion for the digital marketing industry and high awareness of digital trends
  • Well-developed organisational and time management skills with the ability to plan and prioritise a heavy workload
  • A proven ability to work / manage projects with different stakeholders

It is also preferable that you have:

  • Tertiary Qualifications in information technology, web development, digital marketing, communications, or a related discipline
  • Experience managing iOS and Android apps via Apple Developer and Google Play Console
  • Experience training and supporting staff

Donor Relations Coordinator

  • Permanent Full-time position
  • Based in Sydney or Melbourne

We are there for them through the daily ups and downs of cancer, providing opportunities to laugh, make friends and have new adventures. By creating positive memories, Camp Quality helps change the cancer story for kids and their families: in-hospital, at home, at school and away from it all.

 

About the Role

The Donor Relations Coordinator supports the National Individual Giving Manager to deliver a suite of programs that raise money to help children and families facing cancer across Australia.

As the first line of contact you will be the “operational voice” for many Camp Quality financial supporters, caring for the day-to-day donor needs of existing and potential supporters. Your overarching objective is to nurture new and long-term relationships that increase revenue, reduce supporter attrition and grow loyalty.

To be successful in this position, you will have:

  • 2+ years’ experience in fundraising and or/direct marketing
  • Experience using CRM databases (preferably Salesforce)
  • Experience working with direct marketing fundraising projects and retention programs
  • Demonstrated experience reporting on project budgets
  • Experience providing regular campaign updates to stakeholders, including campaign performance evaluation and process improvement recommendation
  • Project management knowledge / skills
  • Experience using digital tools
  • Sound Excel skills

It is also preferable that you have:

  • Tertiary qualifications in fundraising, marketing, communications, business, or related discipline
  • Other relevant studies including peak industry bodies i.e. FIA, ADMA

Family Program Coordinator

·       Convenient Perth location

·       Part time 22.5 hours per week

 

Camp Quality gives kids facing cancer the chance to be kids again. Our services and programs are created specifically to support children aged up to 15 years, who are dealing with their own cancer diagnosis, or the diagnosis of someone they love, like a brother, sister, mum or dad. Camp Quality provides kids and their families with fun experiences, trusted information, coping tools and a supportive community; in-hospital, online, at school and away from it all on camps and at our retreats.

 

About the Role
The Family Program Coordinator is responsible for coordinating the effective delivery of Camp Quality’s family programs; to positively engage and support families; facilitate programs and services access to and be the key liaison for hospitals and other NFPs, all within an allocated geographical region.

To be successful in this position, you will have:

  • Experience working with volunteers / management
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience developing and managing recreation programs or similar
  • Previous event and/or project management experience
  • Cert IV in Project Management practice, health, allied health, community services or related area
  • Experience within an NFP organization or in the health sector particularly working with families affected by serious illnesses
  • Experience working with volunteers / management
