Help give kids facing cancer the chance to be kids
Quality gives kids facing cancer the chance to be kids again. Our services and
programs are created specifically to support children aged up to 15 years, who
are dealing with their own cancer diagnosis, or the diagnosis of someone they
love, like a brother, sister, mum or dad. Camp Quality provides kids and their
families with fun experiences, trusted information, coping tools and a
supportive community; in-hospital, online, at school and away from it all on
camps and at our retreats.
The Donor Engagement
Coordinator supports the National Individual Giving
Manager to deliver a suite of programs that raise money to help children and
families facing cancer across Australia.
As the first line of
contact you will be the “operational voice” for many Camp Quality financial
supporters, caring for the day-to-day donor needs of existing and potential
supporters. Your overarching objective is to nurture new and long-term
relationships that increase revenue, reduce supporter attrition and grow
be successful in this position, you will have:
2+ years’ experience providing high level
administrative or customer service support
Experience using CRM databases (preferably
Experience supporting communications activities
Project management knowledge / skills
Experience using digital tools
Sound Excel skills
It is also preferable that you
qualifications in fundraising, marketing, communications, business, or related
relevant studies including peak industry bodies i.e. FIA, ADMA
