Our services and programs are made specifically to help children 0 -13 who are dealing with their own diagnosis, or the diagnosis of someone they love, like a brother, sister, mum or dad. Services and Programs Support Officer

  • Full time position, located in Melbourne or Perth

Our services and programs are created specifically to support children aged up to 15 years, who are dealing with their own cancer diagnosis, or the diagnosis of someone they love, like a brother, sister, mum or dad. Camp Quality provides kids and their families with fun experiences, trusted information, coping tools and a supportive community; in-hospital, online, at school and away from it all on camps and at our retreats.

 

About the Role

The Services & Programs Support Officer is responsible for providing administrative and data support across all services and programs. Liaising with the wider organisation, volunteers and families, the Services & Programs Support Officer promotes and supports the delivery of our services and programs.

To be successful in this position, you will have:                      

  • At least 2 years’ experience in an administrative/secretarial role
  • Experience with CRM administration and/or Salesforce reporting
  • Experience gained within a Not for Profit organisation
  • Experience in an event / program management environment
  • Cert III or IV in administration / office management (or similar)
  • Track record for being detail-oriented with a demonstrated ability to self-motivate
  • Strong verbal/written communication and data presentation skills

Fundraising Coordinator

  • Part-time / four days per week (or 30 hours)
  • 12-month parental leave contract

About the Role

The Fundraising Coordinator is responsible for providing full administrative support to the Head of Philanthropy & Donor Engagement and the broader Revenue team to assist across fundraising and donor care activities.

To be successful in this position, you will have:

  • qualifications in fundraising, communications or project management
  • at least 1-2 years’ experience in fundraising, working with individual donors, trusts and foundations
  • excellent writing, analytical and research skills, with an ability to seek, interpret and synthesize information and communicate it
  • the ability to work and communicate with a diverse range of stakeholders
  • demonstrated ability to prioritise and meet tight deadlines and competing priorities
  • experience in supporting the running of an office
  • excellent interpersonal / communication skills
  • the ability to manage a busy workload and to tight deadlines in professional manner
  • the willingness and ability to work as part of a collaborative team and independently
  • current driver’s licence

Donor Engagement Coordinator

·       Convenient North Sydney location

·       Permanent Full-time position

About the Role

The Donor Engagement Coordinator supports the National Individual Giving Manager to deliver a suite of programs that raise money to help children and families facing cancer across Australia.

As the first line of contact you will be the “operational voice” for many Camp Quality financial supporters, caring for the day-to-day donor needs of existing and potential supporters. Your overarching objective is to nurture new and long-term relationships that increase revenue, reduce supporter attrition and grow loyalty.

To be successful in this position, you will have:

•     2+ years’ experience providing high level administrative or customer service support

•     Experience using CRM databases (preferably Salesforce)

•     Experience supporting communications activities

•     Project management knowledge / skills

•     Experience using digital tools

•     Sound Excel skills

 

It is also preferable that you have:

·       Tertiary qualifications in fundraising, marketing, communications, business, or related discipline

·       Other relevant studies including peak industry bodies i.e. FIA, ADMA

Family Program Coordinator (WA)

·       Convenient Perth location

·       Part time 22.5 hours per week

Our services and programs are created specifically to support children aged up to 15 years, who are dealing with their own cancer diagnosis, or the diagnosis of someone they love, like a brother, sister, mum or dad. Camp Quality provides kids and their families with fun experiences, trusted information, coping tools and a supportive community; in-hospital, online, at school and away from it all on camps and at our retreats.

 

About the Role

As a key member of the Services and Programs team, the Family Program Coordinator is responsible for the effective delivery of Camp Quality’s family programs, as well as positively engaging and supporting families through amazing customer service.

The Family Program Coordinator will facilitate programs and services access and be the key liaison for Hospitals and other Not for Profits.

To be successful in this position, it is preferable that you have:

·       Experience working with volunteers / management

·       Minimum of 2 years’ experience developing and managing recreation programs or similar

·       Previous event and/or project management /customer service experience

·       Experience within an NFP organisation or in the health sector, particularly working with families affected by serious illnesses

·       Cert IV in Project Management practice, health, allied health, community services or related area
