35 Years Young Competition


  1. The Promoter is Camp Quality Limited (the Promoter) Level 1, 182 Blues Point road, McMahons Point NSW 2060 (ABN 87 052 097 720). Camp Quality phone: 02 9876 0500.


  1. Information on how to enter forms part of the terms of entry. Entry into the competition is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions.
  2. Entry is open to Australian residents.
  3. The competition period starts on Friday 15 May 2018 at 12.00PM (AEDT) and ends on Friday 19June  2018 at 11:59 PM AEDT (the Competition Period).
  4. To enter, participants must: 
    1. Go to the Camp Quality Website (www.campquality.org.au);
    2. Complete the personal details in “35 Years Young” competition entry form; and
    3. In the same entry form, share your happiest memory with Camp Quality.
  5. To be deemed valid, entries are required to meet the following requirements:
    1. be submitted in accordance with entry requirements
    2. Participants may enter as many times as they wish provided that each entry is unique and original and is in accordance to these conditions of entry.
    3. The Competition Entry Form must be properly completed; and
    4. If entering the competition more than once, each time a participant wishes to enter the competition, a separate website Competition Entry form, must be completed.
  6. Incomprehensible and incomplete entries will be deemed invalid.
  7. Entrants acknowledge their entry/entries may be responded to and/or displayed at the Promoter’s sole discretion.


  1. Judging of all valid entries received during the Competition Period will occur at the offices of Camp Quality, Level 1, 182 Blues Point road, McMahons Point NSW 2060, on Friday 21st June 2018, by a group of three Camp Quality employees.
  2. Entries will be judged based on their creativity, uniqueness, quality of photo and the extent to which they compliment Camp Quality’s 35th birthday celebrations.
  3. This is a game of skill. Chance plays no part in determining the Winner. Each entry will be individually judged. All entries must be the original independent creation of the entrant and free of any claims that they infringe any third-party rights. Entries must not have been published previously and/or have been used to win prizes in any other competitions.
  4. The Prize is a "year’s supply" of Arnott’s Tim Tams (agreed to be 48 Original Tim Tam packets), to be released in July 2019, valued at approximately $168.00 RRP (“the Prize”).
  5. The best entries based on the above criteria, will be deemed the “Winner” and will be awarded the Prize.
  6. Determination of the Winner is at the sole discretion of the Promoter and no correspondence will be entered into.
  7. The Winner will be announced within 15 days of the judging, that is on or before 6 July 2018 and by email.
  8. Upon being notified, the Winner must nominate a delivery address for the Prize delivery in July by contacting the Promotor by return email.
  9. If the Winner is under 18 years of age at the time of the determination of the winning entries, the Prize must be accepted on the Winner’s behalf by the Winner’s parent or guardian.
  10. The Prize is valued up to $168.00 inclusive of GST, recommended retail price(RRP).
  11. The judges reserve the right to disqualify any entrant submitting an entry which, in the opinion of the judges, includes objectionable content, including but not limited to profanity, nudity, potentially insulting, scandalous, inflammatory or defamatory images or language. The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
  12. All entries become and remain the property of the Promoter. The Promoter may use the entrants' names and addresses for promotional, marketing and publicity purposes.
  13. The Winner acknowledges that Promoter may use and publish the winning entry  as part of its promotional, marketing and publicity for the “35 years young” campaign and generally, without limitation.
  14. The Promoter reserves the right to request winner to provide proof of identity and/or proof of entry validity, in order to claim the Prize. Acceptance of the form of proof of identification, and entries considered suitable for verification is at the discretion of Camp Quality. In the event that a Winner cannot provide proof, the Winner will forfeit the Prize and no substitute will be offered.
  15. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for failure to deliver the Prize to the winner in circumstances where the nominated prize delivery address is not a valid address or the Winner is no longer available at that address.
  16. There may be circumstances in which the Promoter cannot provide the Prize(s) as described for reasons beyond its reasonable control. In those circumstances, the Promoter will provide an alternative prize or prizes of equal or greater value to the promoted prizes.
  17. Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.
  18. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any loss, damages, or injury incurred to enter the competition or in connection with taking up the prizes.
  19. Once the Prize has left Promoter’s or their agents premises, the Promoter takes no responsibility for damage, delay or loss in transit.
  20. Neither the Promoter nor their agents will be held liable for any loss, damage or injury that results directly or indirectly from the Winner taking part in any aspect of the Prize.
  21. Neither the Promoter nor their agents are responsible, to the extent permitted by law, for acts of god, acts of terrorism or war (declared or undeclared) or other events beyond their control which prevents awarding or acceptance of the Prize in accordance with the prize description.


  1. Prize values are based upon the recommended retail prices at the time of printing (inclusive of GST). The Promoter accepts no responsibility for change in prize value between now and the ultimate prize redemption date.
  2. Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, the Promoter (including its officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal or permanent injury or loss of life; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the promotion.
  3. The Promoter assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorised access to, or alterations of entries, and reserves the right to take any action that may be available. If for any reason this competition is not capable of running as planned, due to causes including, but not limited to tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter  which corrupt or affect the administration security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this competition, the Promoter  reserves the right in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law, to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, take any action that may be available, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the competition. Subject to state regulations.
  4. All details of the entrants will be used and preserved in accordance with the Australian Privacy Principles and the Promoter’s Privacy Policy, available https://www.campquality.org.au/privacy-policy-footer . A request to access, update or correct any information should be directed to the Camp Quality Privacy Officer. Unless otherwise notified, the Promoter may use the entries and details of entrants for promotional and publicity purposes. Entrants consent to their full names and/or their entries being used in all media by the Promoter.
