Real superheroes use their cars for good not evil. Get on board Australia’s happiest and wackiest motoring adventure and make a difference to kids impacted by cancer.
Camp Quality esCarpade is Australia’s happiest and wackiest motoring adventure! The week-long journey is held to raise money to support Aussie kids impacted by cancer.
The event is a culmination of year-long fundraising by teams of entrants (esCarpadians). They spend 12 months decorating their cars (which must be at least 20 years old, i.e. pre-1997) and encouraging people to donate to their fundraising activities.
Each entrant must raise at least $5,000 per car. The money goes directly to Camp Quality and our work to support children impacted by cancer, and their families.
In October, each year the 80+ cars come together over seven days, for a week fuelled by fun, filled with challenges and rewarding experiences. Driving skills will be put to the test as entrant’s tackle dirt roads travelling through unique and picturesque areas of outback Australia! Along the way we'll pull into towns with a fanfare of sirens, horns, lights and colour to spread the Camp Quality cheer. We'll visit local schools with Camp Quality's Primary School Education Program who perform an interactive puppet show that dispels common myths and misconceptions about cancer.
It’s not a race or a rally. It’s a huge dose of the best medicine: laughter.
How your support helps
Close to 16,500 children grow up with cancer in Australia every year. Our goal is to ensure every child in this situation, and their family has equal access to our innovative programs nationwide
The money raised through esCarpade 2018 will support Camp Quality in continuing to deliver innovative services that help provide the best quality of life for children impacted by cancer and their families.
