The last couple of months have seen so many Family Fun Days bring happiness and laughter to kids facing cancer around the country. Here are just a few of the best!
Harper's Croc Encounter
Fourteen families facing cancer recently went on our Family Fun Day at Symbio Wildlife Park where Harper got to meet a croc!
Oscar's Day Out
Fifteen families attended our end of year Family Fun Day at Big Splash Waterpark in Canberra. The day was spent splashing in the waterpark, riding the slides, getting together for a fantastic lunch and a visit from Santa.
Oscar’s mother Michelle shared what an amazing time they had. Oscar had been asking to ride a waterslide but due to cancer treatment it was hard for him to get up and down safely. With the help of Camp Quality’s volunteers at a Family Fun Day, he was finally able to!
Family Zoo Trip
Families in Sydney got a much needed day out at the Zoo
Family Christmas Party
And in Melbourne a Christmas party spread joy to families who needed it most.
Fun MONA Ferry Ride
In Tasmania, families caught the MONA ferry for a day of fun activities.
Camp Quality’s Family Fun Days are awesome planned events where families impacted by cancer can get together and have some much-needed fun. They give families facing the cancer diagnosis of a child or parent an important chance to bond, make new friends, share stories and have a much needed break from cancer.
You can help give a family a break from cancer with a Family Fun Day today.
