Introducing a New Counselling Service & Community Website For Parents

Camp Quality is excited to announce a new free phone counselling service and online community platform for Camp Quality parents.

Camp Quality is working formally with national cancer charity, Canteen, to expand and share critical services to help parents, children and young adults impacted by cancer across Australia.

Camp Quality and Canteen understand that parenting is hard enough without adding cancer to the mix. That’s why Camp Quality parents now have access to the free telephone counselling service, available seven days a week.

Camp Quality is also in the process of expanding Canteen’s online parent community to make it relevant and available to Camp Quality parents too.

This means Camp Quality parents will be able to connect with other parents experiencing the challenges of cancer in the family, through discussions and private messaging, while also accessing helpful resources.

While these are the first services Camp Quality is offering in partnership with Canteen, we are working together to develop more cancer support services for our Camp Quality families.

The community platform is currently in the process of being updated to include more resources and information for parents with younger children and will be re-launched as a co-branded Camp Quality and Canteen site in the next few months.
