Last month a hugely successful Camp Quality fundraising event was held with NT Deckchair Cinema.
The success of the night was due to long term Camp Quality volunteer Ellie Hutton who coordinated the charity-screening of the new Tom & Jerry Family flick. Hosting over 200 guests Ellie and a small team of helpers worked tirelessly to create a magical night raising over $4,000. This was achieved through the ticket sales, BBQ and a raffle in support of Camp Quality services and programs which give kids facing cancer the chance to be kids again.
Special mentions to the management of NT Deckchair Cinema who make the charity events possible, contributing part proceeds (ticket revenue) to the elect charities. To Ellie’s team of supports and the local community groups, Lions, cake bakers and small business owners who generously donated their time, products and whatever they could to help bring the evening together.
From the team at Camp Quality and behalf of the kids, family and community, well done Ellie, and thank you to everyone involved.
