How much fun can you fit in a month? The answer is a whole lot!
Our Kids’ Camps and Family Camps gave children and their families a break from cancer. As did our memorable one-day events, Family Fun Days and Family Experiences.
This last month, we were able to deliver so many of our programs and services to families in need. Let’s recap!
KICC (Kids Impacted by a Carers Cancer) Family Fun Day at Adelaide Archery Club
Focus, aim & let go! It was a day of hitting targets for sixteen families who attended a KICC Family Fun Day on March 16th. Our Camp Quality volunteers got involved in the sport too, telling us what a wonderful Sunday was had by all!
A Coffs Harbour Getaway
Rain could never disrupt Camp Quality fun! Our families welcomed the dreary weather as they embraced their well-deserved weekend away. Families enjoyed monkeying around the Treetops Adventure Park and playing tourist in lovely Coffs Harbour.
Making new (furry) friends!
A visit to Calmsley Hill City Farm made a wonderful day out for our Mini Campers. The farm saw many exciting experiences for our families as they met and pet some new furry pals
More treetop adventures!
A day out for the whole family, many parents got involved in the treetop fun this time! Our volunteers provided a safe and encouraging environment and were incredibly excited to see lots of kids challenging themselves.
Treated to blue skies for water park fun
After having to postpone due to horrible weather conditions, Camp Quality families were so excited to experience the excitement of Jamberoo Action Park!
The thrilling slides and epic wave pool saw many smiles on faces with Mum, Katie, telling us her family had a wonderful time.
“We had a fantastic time! What amazing weather, and this was the first time that Albie had dared to try a lot of the water slides! It was amazing seeing all 3 boys having fun together – Camp Quality once again delivering above and beyond its promise of laughter is the best medicine!
