Camp Quality Family Retreats Waiver

1. Introduction

I confirm that I am over 18 years of age and completing this waiver on behalf of myself and all individuals included in my booking for a Camp Quality Family Retreat, including any minors for whom I am the parent or legal guardian.

2. Participation Acknowledgement

I acknowledge that I am participating in a Camp Quality Family Retreat at a venue arranged by Camp Quality.

I understand that the venue may be owned or operated by a third party and that Camp Quality may share relevant booking information with the venue to facilitate the stay.

I agree to comply with all reasonable rules and policies of both Camp Quality and the venue.

3. Responsibility for Children and Guests

I acknowledge that I am responsible for the conduct and supervision of all individuals included in my booking, including any children or minors.

I agree to ensure that minors in my care are always appropriately supervised while at the venue.

4. Risk Acknowledgement

I understand that participation in a retreat and use of accommodation facilities may involve risks, including the risk of personal injury, illness, disability, property damage, or death.

I voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation in the retreat and use of the venue.

5. Behaviour Expectations

Camp Quality is committed to providing a safe, respectful and enjoyable experience for all families.

Camp Quality reserves the right to require any participant to leave the venue if their behaviour is considered unsafe, inappropriate, or disruptive.

6. Release of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, I release and hold harmless Camp Quality, its employees, volunteers, agents and representatives from any claims, liabilities, damages or losses arising from participation in the retreat or use of the venue.

Nothing in this agreement excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law or any other applicable law.

7. Indemnity

I agree to indemnify and hold Camp Quality harmless from any claims, damages, losses or costs arising from any act or omission by myself or any person included in my booking.

8. Authority to Sign

I confirm that:

• I am over 18 years of age
• I have the legal capacity to enter this agreement
• I have the authority to sign this waiver on behalf of all individuals included in my booking, including minors in my care.
