Our culture

About Our Purpose, Vision and Values

Camp Quality’s values serve as a compass for our actions and describe how we behave in the world. They underpin everything we do.

Our values are:

Optimism: Spread positivity, hope and enthusiasm in the way we interact with others.

Integrity: Encourage trust through personal leadership.

Celebrating Life: Approach life as an adventure.

Accountability: Accept responsibility for actions and results.

Excellence: Seek greatness in all that we do.

FUN THERAPY

What is Fun Therapy?

We start meetings with something fun.

It doesn’t have to take long or be overly complicated; it could be anything from a quick quiz to a game of heads and tails. Occasionally, we schedule in Fun Therapy activities to bond us as a team, while at other times we may break out into a spontaneous fun activity.

Why do we use Fun Therapy?

We believe that laughter is the best medicine! Fun Therapy creates laughter and positive emotions.

According to the principles of positive psychology, positive emotions are good for us; they expand the way we think and build our personal resources. They also enhance our problem-solving skills, our immune system, our resilience, and the way we manage our emotions.

Furthermore, positive emotions improve our social resources, which help us to connect with others and be ‘on the same level’ – whether you’re the CEO or a volunteer.
