What is workplace giving?
Workplace giving, also known as payroll giving, allows employees to give a regular pre-tax donation to a charity direct from their pay. Companies can then double the impact by matching donations up to a specified amount.
By naming Camp Quality as your nominated charity, you’re helping us improve the lives of 8900 children facing cancer in Australia who are registered for our services and programs.

The benefits of workplace giving
Workplace giving is a simple way to make tax-deductible donations to Camp Quality, and it comes with many benefits. These include:
- convenience: your employer organises it on your behalf, so you don’t need to worry about admin or keeping hold of receipts,
- tax advantages: donations come from your pre-tax salary, costing you less than what we receive and making the impact of your donation greater,
- it’s budget-friendly: by having a smaller amount of money deducted from your pay throughout the year, you can donate a larger amount overall (without missing it),
- doubling your impact: some employers offer to match your contributions up to a certain amount – meaning twice the result for kids facing cancer.
FAQs for employees
Ask your payroll office or HR team if your organisation has a workplace giving program. If they do, nominate Camp Quality as your preferred charity.
If not, ask your employer to provide workplace giving options, and add Camp Quality as a workplace giving option. You can refer them to this page for more information!
Alternatively, you can set up your own regular donation to Camp Quality.
Your payroll giving will stop when you leave your employer. You will then need to enquire about workplace giving at your new workplace. If your new employer has an existing workplace giving program, please select Camp Quality as your charity of choice.
