Because I want you to notice how you talk to yourself. Do you say things like, “I’m useless.” “I’m dumb.” or “I can’t find any friends.” ’cause you remember you need to be your own best friend. You have to live with yourself for the rest of your life. So you as you’ll be friends with yourself and that means paying attention to what you say to yourself in your head. What do you, how do you talk to yourself? Okay? So you’re gonna be kinder to yourself. So while you’re on the toilet having a poo or is drifting off to sleep, think about all the good things that have happened that day. What else could you say to yourself? What other things can we come up with? Well, you think about that and I’ll see you in the next episode of me. Josh Langley.
