Kylea Tink, CEO

An inspiring and engaging leader, Kylea Tink took on the role of CEO at Camp Quality in 2017. She believes in the importance of strategy and humility in the not-for-profit sector, is not scared to take risks, yet remains positive in even the most challenging of situations.

With over 25 years of experience managing the successful set-up, turnaround and growth of a number of businesses, including the McGrath Foundation, Kylea is expertly placed in the world of strategic planning, brand building and repositioning, communications, marketing and business management. She is highly regarded for her ability to come to grips with the challenges facing a business quickly and efficiently, and to develop and implement innovative cut-through solutions to deliver success.

Kylea is also considered a changemaker – highly effective in the repositioning of a corporation, its people, its goals and its outcomes – and has spent many years working in the not-for-profit sector. Her passion is being able to assist people with a common cause to come together to bring about substantial change.

The Australian Children Charities Leadership Forum is a group of leading national children's charities dedicated to directly helping seriously ill, disabled or disadvantaged children throughout Australia.

Australian Childhood Foundation (ACF) accreditation

Child safety is of the highest priority at Camp Quality. We are proud to have held a National Safeguarding Children’s accreditation with the Australian Childhood Foundation (ACF) since 2008. We have introduced several initiatives to ensure we create, maintain and nurture an environment that protects children across all our programs and services. Our processes were rated best in class by the ACF in their 2015 Accreditation Report and their 2016 Annual Review

The FIA is the national peak body that supports the fundraising work of not-for-profit organisations. Our membership with the FIA signifies our commitment to ethical fundraising practices and the professional recognition of fundraising.

Camp Quality Risk Management Approach

Camp Quality believes risk management is more than just complying with good practice and regulation. For us, it is about good management, personal ownership, accountability and ensuring we take informed decisions at both a strategic level and in our day-to-day activities.
