Kylea Tink - CEO

An inspiring leader, Kylea has managed the successful set-up, turnaround and growth of a number of businesses. With over 25 years of experience in strategic planning, brand building and repositioning, communications, marketing and business management - she is known for her ability to come to grips quickly with the challenges facing a business and to develop and implement innovative cut through solutions to deliver success.

Kylea joined Camp Quality as CEO in January 2017 with the vision to build on the organisation’s strengths and deliver the Strategic Plan for 2017-2019.

Member of Australian Children's Charities Leadership Forum

The Australian Children Charities Leadership Forum is a group of leading national children's charities dedicated to directly helping seriously ill, disabled or disadvantaged children throughout Australia.

Australian Childhood Foundation (ACF) accreditation

Child safety is of the highest priority at Camp Quality. We are proud to have held a National Safeguarding Children’s accreditation with the Australian Childhood Foundation (ACF) since 2008. We have introduced several initiatives to ensure we create, maintain and nurture an environment that protects children across all our programs and services. Our processes were rated best in class by the ACF in their 2015 Accreditation Report and their 2016 Annual Review. 

Member of Fundraising Institute of Australia

The FIA is the national peak body that supports the fundraising work of not for profit organisations. Our membership with the FIA signifies our commitment to ethical fundraising practices and the professional recognition of fundraising.

Camp Quality Risk Management Approach

Camp Quality believes risk management is more than just complying with good practice and regulation. For us, it is about good management, personal ownership, accountability and ensuring we take informed decisions at both a strategic level and in our day-to-day activities.
