As the Big Walk for Little Kids nears the end, we want to say a BIG thank you to the 6700 people who have walked for little kids facing cancer in the month of September.
These Big Walkers, and everyone who has supported them, have made a BIG difference, raising over $1 million for kids impacted by cancer.
Every single one of our fundraisers are strong, inspiring and incredible!
To celebrate the Big Walk being almost over, we want to introduce a few of our Big Legends who have gone to great lengths (literally!) to fundraise for kids facing cancer.
Meet Roxy! She is still fighting leukaemia and is walking with her siblings and parents in between school and hospital appointments! You can show your support by donating to #teamRoxy
Meet Leslie! He is walking for his third year and doing wacky hairstyles to help raise even more funds. Check out Leslie’s page!
Meet Lilly-Rose! She battled cancer herself at two years old, and lost her mum to cancer a few years later. She dedicated her Big Walk to her mum and her friend Chelsea, who she shared a room with in hospital who also passed away. You can support Lilly-Rose by donating to her page.
We are SO inspired by our walkers who come from all different walks of life, with one common goal – to bring positivity, fun and laughter back to kids impacted by cancer.
